Freedom of Information 

We want to be as open as possible. We welcome the rights of access to information which are set out in the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Data Protection Act

The Data Protection Act 1998 makes sure that we look after any personal information we hold properly. It also gives you the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.

Freedom of Information Act

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives you the right to ask for any recorded official information we hold that isn’t about you personally.
