How to complain about us

We want everyone who has contact with us to have the best possible experience. We welcome your feedback about the way we carry out our work so that we can improve.

We understand that sometimes things go wrong and will do all we can to make it right. If you wish to make a complaint about our staff or one of our Board members, our complaints guides on the right will help you to do this and explain what we will do. If you do want to make a complaint, you can contact Suzanne Dodds, our Governance and Compliance Manager, by calling 020 7389 8030 or by emailing Suzanne Dodds. Alternatively, you can write to Suzanne at the address below. If you have a general enquiry, you can also contact us by using our online form.

We are sorry but we cannot investigate complaints about the regulators or accredited registers, as these are independent organisations and we do not have the power to do so. You can help us to protect the public however by sharing your experience with us.

For general guidance on making complaints about health and care please see our Health and Care Information.

Dealing with concerns/complaints about individual health/social care professionals

You can find out more about how to complain about us here. We cannot deal with complaints or concerns about individual health/social care practitioners as this is beyond our remit, but we hope this information can help signpost you.
