PSA invites views on its review of Right-touch regulation

We have published a discussion paper and are looking for feedback and comments on our plans to publish a revised version of Right-touch regulation (RTR) in the autumn. It's 10 years since we published the most recent version. A lot has happened in the intervening years and we think this anniversary provides a timely reminder of how regulation needs to evolve and adapt and so does Right-touch regulation.  We are open to making changes to all aspects of RTR. We've set out some some initial ideas for the changes needed in the discussion paper. These include looking at regulation from a number of different angles. 

We will welcome comments on these ideas and any proposals  for other changes that would contribute to making regulation more effective.
