Why we are we consulting on our strategic plan
We decided to launch a consultation on our strategic plan to sense-check our proposals and gather feedback from stakeholders. Previously, we have published our strategic aims as part of the annual business plan. The objectives were usually set for a period of three years and were updated on a rolling basis. We decided to change our approach and publish a three-year strategic plan, against which we will review our progress annually. The first of these strategic plans covers the period 2023 to 2026. We believe that this new approach will allow us to take into account stakeholder views but, also enable us to set clearer, longer-term aims against which we will monitor progress and achievements.
