Professional Standards Authority Strategic Plan 2023-26

Our three-year strategic plan sets out what we aim to achieve over the next three years. This Strategic Plan includes our organisational vision, mission and objectives for 2023 to 2026.

We want to continue to be focused on delivering our statutory role, but above and beyond this,  we also want to support regulatory reform and meet our objectives relating to equality, diversity and inclusion. We also want to continue the work we started last year with the publication of our report Safer care for all. To achieve this, we have set out three ambitious strategic aims:

1.  To protect the public by delivering highly effective oversight of regulation and registration
2. To make regulation fairer and better
3. To promote and support safer care for all.
