What were the key findings from the consultation?
There was broad agreement for the proposals we put forward in the strategic plan. Recurring themes identified included to continue our convening role, especially to facilitate sharing good practice across regulators and the Accredited Registers. Respondents also welcomed the strong focus on equality, diversity and inclusion. The need for organisations to work together to address workforce issues was also highlighted, along with the need to support positive workforce cultures.
