This is the second round of our consultation on reviewing the Standards of Good Regulation. In this consultation, we are asking feedback on the detailed wording of the proposed new standards as well as the evidence we will be asking the regulators to provide
We first consulted on reviewing the Standards of Good Regulation last year. The responses we received have helped us draft the detailed proposals which are the subject of this second consultation. These include proposals for the new Standards themselves as well as the evidence the regulators will need to provide to demonstrate how they are meeting the Standards.
We would welcome your views. The deadline for responses is 10 September 2018. More details of how to respond are in the consultation document.
