Standards of Good Regulation
These are the current Standards of Good Regulation which we use to assess regulators' performance. These Standards started to be used from January 2020 and replaced the previous Standards.
These Standards came into effect following consultation about them and a pilot period. They were introduced for performance reviews carried out from January 2020 onwards.
